Highuponthemtn Buyer Contract
The buyer
understands it is their RESPONSIBILITY to provide an adequate and secure
enclosure. Which is "DIG PROOF" as well as "JUMP PROOF".
The Wolf-dog will NOT be allowed to RUN FREELY at any time. The Wolf-dog will
NOT be kept on a chain except in a case of emergency when an enclosure is
unavailable.
The Buyer is responsible for providing dry clean housing.
Good nutritional food and fresh water is to be provided DAILY.
Buyer is RESPONSIBLE to keep required immunizations current. And any other
Veterinarian care provided when needed to keep the Wolf-dog healthy.
The Wolf-dog is not to be left alone with small children at any time. The buyer
is RESPONSIBLE for the supervision of the Wolf-dog.
Socialization is REQUIRED! With humans and other animals.
Discipline is to be with a KIND but FIRM Nature. BEATING with hands or any
object is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! KICKING is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
If the buyer is unable to keep or care for the Wolf-dog, the Breeder reserves
the right to help with placing the animal in a new approved home. Or taking the
Wolf-dog back without refunding any monies paid by the buyer with the following
exceptions: The pup was ill before sold ( does not include normal worms, all
pups will be wormed properly before leaving HIGHUPONTHEMTN), a birth defect that
was not discovered before the sale.
The breeder agrees to be available for any questions or concerns the buyer may
have after taking possession of the Wolf-dog.
If the buyer Breeds this Wolf-dog, The buyer is RESPONSIBLE for providing
accurate information about the lineage of this Wolf-dog and it's offspring.
The Wolf-dog is NOT to be used for any illegal or immoral activities.
The buyer is solely responsible for the Wolf-dog for it's life span. (15+ years)
